Day 1: Arrive Arusha

Arrival at Kilimanjaro international airport. After you have cleared with immigration department, you will be met by african paradise safaris representative. You will be transferred the city hotel, for your overnight at Arusha hotel. (meals plan BB).

Day 2: Arusha – Tarangire National Park

We will depart from Arusha in the morning and travel to the Tarangire National Park where you can marvel at the colossal termite mounds and the ancient baobab trees. The picturesque scenery and diverse bird-life assist in creating the tranquil ambiance of the Tarangire National Park. The great elephant population is an extremely remarkable sight. African elephants are the largest land mammal and adult males can weigh as much as seven tonnes. Tarangire’s varied wildlife includes lions, giraffes, warthogs, ostriches, impalas, cheetah, mongoose, buffaloes, and baboons. When your game drive comes to an end, we will take you to the Panorama Campsite. Comprehensive camping facilities are on offer.

Day 3: Tarangire – Serengeti National Park

An appetizing breakfast will transit to Ngorongoro to the Serengeti National Park. We will take the scenic route to the Serengeti which allows us to travel near the Ngorongoro Crater. There is a possibility of spotting game. The endless golden savannah with splotches of colour created by the vegetation and wildlife make it easy to understand why the Serengeti is one of the Seven Natural wonders of Africa. We will stop so that you can enjoy your picnic lunch on a kopje (a small hill in a generally flat area). We will proceed further into the Serengeti for a leisurely game drive. You will spend the night at the seronero campsite, comprehensive camping facilities are available.

Day 4: Serengeti – Ngorongoro Crater

We will begin our day with an early morning game drive in the central Serengeti. The savannah is an active landscape and the air is flooded with the melodies the birds create as the regenerated sunlight starts to illuminate the full landscape. Your guide will study the prints on the ground to pursue predators. We will travel to the Simba campsite, located near the rim of the crater. You will be provided with dinner and satisfactory camping facilities.

Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha

Most animals remain within the crater due to its high walls. This is the perfect location to view every member of ‘The Big 5’ in one day. We will have a wonderful picnic lunch inside the crater. Day 2:  Arrive Nairobi to Maasai Mara National Reserve

You will be met and picked by African Paradise Safaris guide from your hotel, head southwards to Maasai Mara National Reserve. Arrive in time for lunch, relax. Have an afternoon game drive in the reserve.

An exploratory drive around the 1,792 sq. km game park with its low hills and savannah-type rolling grasslands, gallery forest on the Mara River and its tributaries. Get introduced to the herbivores: elephant, rhino, buffalo, and the variety of antelopes, the Masai giraffe and the Burchell zebra. The carnivores are the black mane lion, cheetah and leopard. Also to be seen are the largest bird, the Masai ostrich, the Secretary bird, the crested crane and the saddle-bill stork. Crocodiles and hippos share the river. Return to your lodge by sunset. Dinner and overnight at miti mingi eco camp (full board).

Day 3: Maasai Mara National Reserve

Day 4: Maasai mara to Lake nakuru national park

L. Nakuru is a small park with over 50% of its area covered by the Lake. Located in the middle of the Rift valley, L. Nakuru has a wide variety of animals which includes the Rothschild Giraffe, Lions, White and Black rhinos as well as the Leopard. All these can be spotted depending on your luck. The park is also considered by birdwatchers as an ornithological paradise! A myriad of both Greater and lesser flamingoes has made this lake their home. Dinner and overnight at Citymax hotel (full board).

There was a hot breakfast at the hotel. At 8.30 am, drive to Amboseli National Park, where you will arrive in time for lunch. After lunch, proceed for the afternoon game drive, return to the lodge for dinner and overnight. During your game drive, you will be searching for the big herds of the African Elephants, the cheetahs, Lions, the gazelles and the Elusive Eland. Weather permitting, you will be able to have a magnificent view of Kilimanjaro. All meals and overnight at Kimana camp (meal plan: Full board).

Day 6: Full day Amboseli National Park 

Full-day exploration of the park. After breakfast,t depart to the morning game drive. Transferred to your lodge for lunch at leisure. Embark on an afternoon game drive. Later, you will return to the lodge for dinner. You will be able to see the peak of Mt Kilimanjaro, Big 5’s and more than 400 birds species.  All meals and overnight at Nyati Safari camp (meal plan: Full board).

Day 7: Amboseli – Arusha via Namanga border

Have your Early morning breakfast at the lodge, later depart to Tanzania – enter Tanzania through Namanga. After you have done with immigration, you will exchange vehicles and proceed to Tarangire. With a stopover in Arusha for lunch. After lunch proceed to Tarangire National Park, where you will arrive in the afternoon.

The park's dominant feature is the Tarangire River. Although it gets very dry, the park is relatively thick with vegetation like acacia shrubs and mixed woodlands. The most memorable of which are the huge baobab trees dotted around in big numbers. Herds of up to 300 elephants can be found here looking for underground streams in the dry riverbeds while migratory wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, impala, gazelle, hartebeest, and eland crowd the shrinking lagoons. Dry-country antelope such as fringe-eared Oryx and the long-necked gerenuk are also regularly spotted. Abandoned termite –mounds often house mongoose colonies.

Day 8: Arusha – Tarangire National Park

Have your morning breakfast at the lodge, and later depart to Tarangire with en-route game drive at Lake Manyara Park. Upon arrival in the park, you will have an en-route game drive heading to the lodge. You can check in and have your lunch at leisure. Later in the evening, have an afternoon game drive. Day 9: Tarangire National Park – Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, pack your gears en enroute game drive heading to Serengeti, with picnic lunch. Arrive in Serengeti National Park in the evening. Later enjoy an evening game drive in the park. Return to the lodge for leisure and dinner. Tanzania's Serengeti offers superb game-viewing even out of migration time, when vast herds of buffalo, eland, topi, waterbuck, impala, kongoni, and Grant’s gazelle can be seen grazing in the thousands. The Serengeti is famous not only for its migrating wildebeest and herbivores but also for its high concentration of big cats and other predators that these grazers attract. The Serengeti is also home to smaller cats, such as the caracal and serval, as well as jackal, fox, mongoose and genet. Visit Maasai villages in the afternoon (extra cost us$25). Seronera Campsite.

Day 10: Full day Serengeti National Park

Day 11: Serengeti National Park – Ngorongoro crater

Morning game drive from Serengeti, then drive to the southeast of the park to Ngorongoro Conservation Are. The crater is one of the most amazing sights of the world to be seen anywhere. Stay overnight at Simba Campsite with fa fascinating view of the crater floor.

Day 12: Ngorongoro Crater - Arusha

Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a crater tour. This is a world heritage site, the incomparable Ngorongoro crater is the world’s largest “caldera”*. Dominated by cliffs standing some 600 meters high and presenting a sheer drop down to a wide open space of some 246 square km, and you may see everything from elephant to lion, and if you’re lucky, the near-extinct black rhino, all amongst large herds of zebra and wildebeest. Afternoon drive back to Arusha and upon arrival in Arusha, you will be transferred to the airport for your home flight.
