First day: Arrive Nairobi
Upon arrival . You will be transferred to Safari Park Hotel and Casino, a beautiful 65-acre hotel to relax and rest from your flight. Set amidst beautiful landscaped gardens in African style buildings, it's a perfect beginning to your African safari. second day: Nairobi to Samburu national reserve
Prepare your to , depart northwards crossing the equator and arriving at the Samburu Game Reserve. The highlight of Samburu Game Reserve is the spectacular scenic beauty, rivers and forest. There are numerous permanent springs and a wealth of wildlife. Lunch and thereafter an afternoon game drive. Here rare and unusual animals are found: reticulated giraffe, grevy's zebra, the long necked gerenuk and the beisa oryx among others. Dinner and Overnight ---- Samburu Serena Safari Lodge.
Day 3: Samburu national reserve to Aberdare national park
After breakfast, drive to the beautiful Aberdare National Park and arrive at the Aberdare Country Club for lunch. Afterwards you will be transferred to "The Ark", your tree hotel. The park lies in the Aberdare Mountains , and the eastern wall of the Great Rift Valley forms the western rim of the park. The lodge overlooks a floodlit waterhole and salt lick which attracts a host of wildlife enabling you to view them from the comfort of your room. Day 4 and 5: Mount Kenya
After breakfast, depart for Mt. Kenya Safari Club. The club is built on the equator facing Mount Kenya , surrounded by hundreds of acres of magnificent gardens and lawns. There is a wide choice of facilities, including a heated swimming pool, tennis courts, golf course, horse riding and trout fishing among others. Or, you can visit the animal orphanage and see the rare bongo antelope with its ivory tipped horns. Dinner and Overnight --- Mount Kenya Safari Club.
Day 6: Mount Kenya to Lake Nakuru National Park
After breakfast, depart for Lake Nakuru National Park . The park spans an attractive range of wooded and bush grassland around the lake, offering wide ecological diversity Ð from lake waters and woodland to rocky escarpment and ridges. Lunch followed by an afternoon game drive. Here you will have the opportunity to view various wildlife both predatory and plains game, not forgetting the abundance of birdlife. This park also serves as home to both the white and black rhino. Dinner and Overnight ---- Lion Hill Lodge.
Day 7: Lake Nakuru to Maasai mara game reserve
After breakfast, depart for the Masai Mara Game Reserve. An extension of the Serengeti plains, it lies on the border with Tanzania . Lunch and then an afternoon game drive. This will give you the opportunity to see the big five among other wildlife. Dinner and Overnight -- Mara Serena Safari Lodge.
Day 8: Maasai mara game reserve
You will have a full day to view the fauna and flora that make up this park. An impressive feature is the migration of wildebeest, zebra and gazelle from the plains of the Serengeti that cross the Tanzanian border and reach the Mara's grasslands from late June, tracked by predators: lion, leopard, cheetah, hyena and circled by vultures as the journey unfolds. Day 9: Maasai mara game reserve to Nairobi
After breakfast, depart for Safari Park Hotel. The afternoon can be spent relaxing by the pool and waterfalls or visit the hotel's shopping arcade for last minute shopping. Dinner and Overnight --- Safari Park Hotel.
Day 10: Nairobi
Breakfast at the hotel before departing for the airport for your outbound flight.
